I bought this brand of door from Home Depot, being promised it was an excellent product. My door was installed mid November. The right parts were not ordered and here I am still sitting and waiting for the parts to be installed to make me feel safe and secure in my own home. To Home Depot on 9705 W. Charleston, LV NV 89117. Your Kraftwright Company Door Installer named Martin Altamirano was not supposed to use the old bathroom door as a template. The dimensions on the old bathroom door were incorrect, henceforth why we ordered a new bathroom door. I asked Martin to please take the old bathroom door which I had waiting for him to put on his truck.
