If you are going to order products here, just have them shipped. If you are paid hourly and want to waste the clock, city pick up is the place to do it. "Will call" isn't a thing. Never pulled. Never ready, always an excuse. Products are probably pretty good...but customer relations tanks.
From a dealer perspective Kraft has always been top notch in quality of product, customer satisfaction, and quality/consistency/ease of customer service.
