Just hope and pray that your Kohler engine never has a problem. I will hesitate before I buy another piece of equipment with a Kohler Diesel engine (ctx160) $62000 machine has currently been in their possession for over a month and do not know when I may get it back. My stump grinder took 5 months to put a new motor in, Still have not got the grinder back. Call yesterday to diagnose a code on my mini skid, Lady explains she will have a technician call, They never call you back. This company is the only company to work on Kohler engines. Looks like that needs to change. What’s a warranty good for if you have to do without for 6 months on a $90000 machine. Cannot even get a call back on a $60000 machine.
