Hello my experience at Kraft/DHL at check-in was wonderful and once I was leaving it was 10x but their on room for 5 starts for SHAINA she’s made my experience excellent and she really love her job.

Always came here for D&H only. Live loading is terrible, you will reset your clock just about or need a split. 5 hours and counting. Can't sleep either because you gotta watch for a green light. Good luck.

Delivering a drop and hook load here was good. One of the employees working at the guard shed had an especially good attitude. This place seems pretty organized. They give you a slip of paper telling you what parking space to drop your trailer in, what parking space to pick up your trailer from, and what trailer number you're getting. I haven't seen how they handle live loading though.

My experience wasn’t bad at all plenty of space to maneuver and the lady at gate was super sweet and Kim the yard dog was so kind and helpful I appreciate her more then she’ll ever know my appointment was at 10:30 I arrived at about 9:50am got into door 150 I was done at 12:15 just waiting to get call or yard dog to inform me I was out at 12:40 doors stay closed tandems slid and unhook from trailer paperwork will be at the guard shack. Have No problem. 13:30 appointment check in 13:10 got door right away out 14:10 !
