EMS training has been beneficial in helping with muscle imbalances and building on foundational strength, I go once a week and have seen a huge improvement in my other training. Sam is super responsive and attentive, I always feel like he’s committed the entire session to helping me attain the most out of my time. I would and have been recommending Sam, and Kraft EMS, to anyone that will listen! Take them up on their free first session, it’s worth it! You’ll feel it for yourself

At the end of my sessions I had two more sessions left. But I couldn’t reach out. My messages were left unread and my phone calls were not answered. I payed for those sessions but I didn’t get to go to the sessions left. My other sessions were nice.

Insane workouts with Sam! I came for a vacation and didn’t know what to expect with this style of workouts but I am hooked now and can’t wait for my next trip here! I love how personalized each workout was! Each workout was challenging and motivating! If you’re on the fence about whether these workouts are worth it I would highly encourage you to give it a try and experience it for yourself!

I have done pretty much every workout method there is, and this was like nothing I have ever tried. The depth and quality of muscle contractions from this suit / device while doing seemingly simple ranges of motion is unparalleled. insane workout. Think you are too busy ? think agian. This is the best workout : time ratios you will find anywhere. highly recommend.

This was one of the most fun but hardest workouts I have ever done. The instructor was super knowledgeable and made the workout a blast. I felt it in my legs for the rest of the week! I highly recommend giving them a shot!
