Highly recommended. The owner drove to my home twice to oversee the installation and to ensure that startup was done properly. Could not be happier!
Great service. Come on time and are so personable and helpful
Our fridge has had some issues since we got it and I'm sure the factory warranty is up by now, but Tracy keeps sending his tech to make sure it's taken care of. You won't find that level of service with many other companies. I give Kraft a lot of credit for standing behind what they sell.
A great company. They work with you and honor warranties. So helpful in making choices, and their installation people are wonderful and so helpful.
