Go somewhere else if you can. If you need CXL, it’s hard to find a good doctor and they do a great job, but for anything else…find a better institution. I have never waited less than 45 minutes in the waiting room. I’m currently sitting in the waiting room right now and it’s been 55 minutes so far. Every time I visit for an appointment, it’s the same story — I get here on time and it’s an hour or so of waiting. It’s unprofessional and rude to keep patients waiting this long every single time. It’s just the norm for Kraff.
I had cataract surgery on in December 2025. Everything was going well until May 3, 2026, when I started seeing a patch of spidery like black lines obstructing the vision in my brand new lens. I went to Kraff to see what was going on and after several tests they referred me to a retina specialist. I was able to be seen the same day and was told that I had a tear (apparently out of nowhere) in my retina (back of the eye). Dr. Kraff is great! He is caring, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I received a PRK surgery that was seamless. I am very satisfied with my results!
I went for a consultation on vision correction surgery. I was planning to get PRK, but Dr. Kraff was upfront and honest during the exam. he said my corneas were too thin and that if I were a family member, he wouldn't recommend the procedure because it would put me at a higher risk than average.
