I had a cataract surgery by Dr Kraff and later was treated by Dr Wickware. My case was not easy one after old RK surgery and both doctors went above and beyond to get the best results. All stuff at the Kraff Eye Institute were friendly and very helpful during all my appointments. I am happy that I got dealt with such great doctors and will highly recommend to go to Eye Kraff Institute if you need eye corrections.
I came back for a follow up exam after I was experiencing problems after a procedure, and they said they no longer accepted insurance for a checkup and it would be $320 + $140 for the checkup. This was after I had verified insurance with them over the phone when making the appointment (and it was insurance they had taken before.)
