Charles Krafczek was dishonorable in dealing with my patents. Never finished building my parents’ house at the shore & lots of quality issues. They only withheld 10k until punch list completed (which was never done by Charles). Within 2 years of completing a totally new house build, the ENTIRE roof had to be replaced,,, Also 50k had to be spent for other repairs (repainting rooms/trim, electrical rewiring, fireplace repair, outdoor shower, etc).
