Amazing service from Kraemer Heating, A/C & Plumbing! We called on a Sunday morning with an emergency, and from the very first phone call they were completely transparent about the cost of the weekend service call. I dealt with Kraemer heating and A/C the end of December-early January. I had a severe pipe leak. I had a helper from Kraemer come out 32 hours later but they looked at it and walked out. A day later Andy P which he stated he does not do plumbing and hasn't in years. Andy is a sales consultant according to their Facebook page. They worked over 12 hours on that dayand off that day. We hired Kraemer for a new construction project in Burtrum MN. There was a couple complications on the project and Kraemer and Team really met the moment and got it done. They went way above and beyond and we will be happy to work with them again.

Just an update, see the nice message below they sent? Only for show! They didnt listen, help or even attempt to recitfy the situation. Quite the opposite, they told me they weren't doing anything to finish the shower and won't even confirm if theyve ordered the correct parts. 3 weeks later they still have not addressed the issue. This work should have been completed in September.
