The technicians from Kraemer were very knowledgeable and detailed in replacing my very old central A/C unit in my home. They were upfront with the cost and very friendly. They were able to fit us in quite quickly after it played out during a stretch of warm days. I appreciate their communication throughout the process and would highly recommend.
We have a new HVAC expert!! Requested an appointment in the morning. They called. Arrived in a couple hours. Got everything done. All before lunch. Very satisfied customer.
