These guys screwed things up every step of the way, damaged my door, tracked mud and dirt all over my brand new house every time they came and it took them months longer than they said to complete a job that isnt even fully done. Run far and fast from Kraemer. They are terrible craftsmen, they lie, they are unresponsive and bottom line their work is terrible. The technicians from Kraemer were very knowledgeable and detailed in replacing my very old central A/C unit in my home. They were upfront with the cost and very friendly. They were able to fit us in quite quickly after it played out during a stretch of warm days. I appreciate their communication throughout the process and would highly recommend.
