We parked in the Krabill Lodge parking lot and walked down a mowed grass path to see Chippewa Lake. The path was maintained well, there was a picnic table near the lake. We could see almost the entire lake from the shore and a boater was pulling a wakeboarder while we were there. The trail we took seemed to be about 1 mile of gentle sloping ground to and from the lake and other trails appeared to branch off the trail we took. Went to a 1st birthday party, it was really nice
Short path to walk on. Lots of beautiful wildflowers in the summer. Bunnies & deer galore.
Lovely place for an event
Just remember to take everything....there is nothing there except tables, chairs and toilet paper
