Owen came by the apartment for a german cockroach treatment/spray. A courteous and respectful guy considering he's going through the apartment like a rent inspection. I didn't have too many questions to ask, but Owen addressed all my concerns. It's the first time to use KR Pest Control too, and have no problem to be calling them again if needed. Thank you Owen.

I've consistently had excellent experiences with this company, and my most recent visit was no exception. Jake Hines was thorough and took extra care to cover every corner of the home — nothing was missed. He was also genuinely friendly and easy to chat with! They offer a free follow-up visit if needed. Highly recommend!
