Karl did an awesome job doing badges and door handles for me.. excellent result!
What an absolute joy to find a business like this. It is not often you come across such outstanding customer service but when you do you certainly want to let others know. Karl was not only courteous but all initial correspondence was replied to promptly which is a big plus in my book being hard of hearing and relying on email. The car had failed its warrant of fitness. A replacement courtesy car was issued from Karl while he assessed the car for repair work.
