UPDATE: The owner called and asked to fix them properly so I went and they look great. Super impressed with the customer service and the efforts to make it right. Will be back! Thank you! I was so hopeful I found a new nail spot! 😞 My first experience here was great - the second not so much. Went in for a fill in and color change after a not so great original set at a different salon. Hana was amazing! showed her a picture of the colors I wanted and she not only did an amazing job with my nails but picked out the perfect colors. Service and product was spot on. I will be going back!
12/16/25 Update : owner reached out to me personally after I emailed the store regarding the issue .. I was called the next morning saying I could come in and get my nails fixed by one of their best technicians, her name was SHAYNEES and she did AMAZING ! Flawless and neat application, one look at the example picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted, and she was quick as well. Got my nails done by Shaynees, my nails… STUNNING! I got mid length stilettos, and her base powder she mixed herself, AMAZING!!! Shaynees slayed, she is the nail slayer, she’s been a nail tech for years doing amazing nail art! Need to come back!
Nail Salon is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and talented, and they always do a fantastic job. The salon is clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Every visit is a great experience, and my nails always turn out perfect. I highly recommend KNR Nail Salon—they are simply the best!
