My A/C went out and I called around to get a few bids and K&R were the only ones that gave me several options for equipment. They are the only ones that went up into the attic to inspect it and notice that some of my runs need to be replaced and got me information about that as well as other recommendations to get the most efficiency out of my system. Called them this morning about our ac going down yesterday. Got a call back quickly with a scheduled time. AC was quickly repaired and now we're up and running already. The service tech was friendly as well as very professional. Service charges were very reasonable. Was not familiar with K&R before but they will be my go to HVAC servicer from now on.
