Called them this morning about our ac going down yesterday. Got a call back quickly with a scheduled time. AC was quickly repaired and now we're up and running already. The service tech was friendly as well as very professional. Service charges were very reasonable. Was not familiar with K&R before but they will be my go to HVAC servicer from now on.
