Genuine, ethical, good communication, reliable, prompt, friendly, fair fees. Very important to me as a single female home owner with no idea about electrics. Will 100% rely on for all future needs. Unlike the insurance I supposedly have with Scottish Power for wiring issues.
This company was very responsive and had excellent communication with regards to my electrical issue. He was prompt and fixed it no time. Very professional. I can highly recommend his service.
When calling KR I didn't expect he'd be there within an hour and have the problem resolved immediately. (Luckily he was nearby). Professional, courteous and friendly i will certainly be using KR Electrical for any future work required.
Highly recommend Kurtis, we had an issue with a plug in our kitchen having no power and he came round swiftly to fix it, will definitely use again in the future :)
