this place is a total rip off closed account with direct tv 3 years ago they just started charging my bank account 6.99 2 times a day for 5 days called to get it straightened out was treated like an idiot bank now involved had to file fraud forms through bank don't deal with them. Rich V.

This company has had the audacity to secretly charge my checking account with small amounts of money over 7 times within a 5 day period. I cancelled my direct tv account nearly two years ago. They are extremely unethical and should not be allowed to be in business at all. I was talked to rudely and was made to be ignorant by their customer service agent who refused to listen to what I was trying to explain. They are unresponsive, are not on time to appointments, if they even show up at all. Makes me regret choosing Directv... would never recommend or use them again.

They are a bunch of scammers. They misrepresent themselves, they make you believe they are from Direct TV. When I signed with direct tv I had nothing but problems, they had me living in a totally different state,which meant there was no local channels for about 4 days, I was suppose to get HBO and other movie channels for free for 3 months which didn't happen. I spoke with a direct tv representative and was told I had never signed a contract so there would be no penalty fee. KR Communications charged my bank account $175.... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First I was told of a deal around $49.99 for 24 months with no additional fees and free set up. The installer comes out and charges me $100 to put a pole in the ground to mount the satellite because he "couldn't find a suitable location to mount it to". Then my signal goes out and my remote wont work, I call them only to be transferred to some one with a heavy accent (probably in a 3rd world country) who cant diagnose my issue and insist that its either my internet or they need to send a serv... read more
