This place will lie and say they can fix your car and then never ever give you a quote. It's been 1 month and still no quote. Meaghan is a useless lying individual. She tried telling me she was waiting on her boss to list things for her... they tried to tell me what I already knew. Never go to this auto shop. I've called several times and had to leave voicemails and no call backs. We had an appointment set up that we had to reschedule (out of our hand) and still, no call back! Yesterday I had a check engine light and found out I had a failed injector, my regular shop was booked for weeks in advance, but they suggested KR Auto. I went there and the mechanic found a broken wire to the injector, he stopped what he was doing in the shop, came out a fixed the wire with solder so it won't break again. Then cleared the codes, and checked the engine running. All good they charged me very little and I am very happy...I HIGHLY recommend this shop, and that's a lot coming from a grumpy old fart.
Very helpful in sourcing out the right item for the car.
