My wife has been coming here since you opened and I don't know why you confirm someone's appointment then when they come in for the appointment you tell them they have to come back in 30 mins cause you have taken a walk-in person, then someone has to argue that it's no big deal about them pushing the appointment when it was made at that time for a reason, very poor customer service. Obviously don't care about long standing clientele.
I got Jennifer does my nail and Michelle does my pedicure. They are both my favourite and do very good job. They are so kind and sweet girls. The nail and color on my feet last very long for many weeks. Thanks girls!
I had a really bad experience at the nail salon. Absolutely love the salon (dont get me wrong). But one of their technicians Jennifer was borderline harassing if we book an appoitment with anyone else other than her. She called me from her personal number & started asking why I was booking an appoitment with anyone else other than her. Next day when I called the nail salon number & asked to speak with the manager she kept saying she is the manager & refused to give the phone to anyone else. MINUS 000 STARS if I could. Worst nail experience ever at KQ Nails. The service was rushed, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer care. I asked for a specific shape and color — what I got looked NOTHING like what I requested. The nails were uneven, lumpy, and the polish started chipping the same day. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I pointed out the issues. No apology, no effort to fix it, just excuses and attitude.
