MINUS 000 STARS if I could. Worst nail experience ever at KQ Nails. The service was rushed, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer care. I asked for a specific shape and color — what I got looked NOTHING like what I requested. The nails were uneven, lumpy, and the polish started chipping the same day. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I pointed out the issues. No apology, no effort to fix it, just excuses and attitude. If I could give no stars I would. Every time I come here they are never on time. Originally booked at 7pm and was told to book at 6:30 because they close at 7pm. Odd cuz why would there be an opening for 7pm on their website. I agreed and came at 6:30 only to sit and wait till 7pm for them to start. Horrible service. Last time I came for a wax the lady told me she doesn’t do them often. She left me half waxed with wax stuck all over. Had to go to another wax lady to fix this. Mandy is the absolute best! I have been seeing her for years. She gets to know you, she knows your nails and remembers exactly how you want it. Love her.

Took my mother on a girls spa day on Sunday to get our nails done. Jennifer and Leslie did an amazing job on our nails! Michelle did our pedicure it was very relaxing too. We got the full set and I can’t get over how perfect the shape is. The salon was also very clean. This is my new go-to spot.
