Keith Slaughter at KPS Flooring LLC, out of Statesville, did a great job on our hardwood floor. I contacted him at his shop, off Old Mountain Road, where he had examples of different types of flooring. He stopped by to look at the house and gave an accuract estimate. We hired him to do our floor almost five years ago. When I tell you the entire experience from consult to install to years after has been amazing, I still would not be doing this company justice. My floors today look as though they were just laid yesterday. I have pets and children and none of them are easy on my floors!!!! We had 4 rooms re-floored. They did excellent work sanding and applying leveling compound to our old floor and laying new flooring. We are very pleased with the product and work. They pay a lot of attention to detail, even in closets.
They helped me with flooring I was looking at buying. Very knowledgeable and super nice to deal with!
