I was fortunate that he had a same day opening. He showed up on time. He assessed and installed the toilet in about 20 minutes.
I called on a Sunday night and Ivan was available to speak right away rather than leave a message. He came out the next morning, on time, to assess the issue. Relayed that he had another job to attend to and would return around 1. Sure enough, arrived right on time and completed the project. All in all, great experience and would highly recommend KPS for plumbing needs.

Ivan was able to do initial evaluation and fix problem related to outdoor faucet all in the same day. He is highly recommended.
