I appreciate KPRO for getting my vehicle done quickly. As far as cost it seemed a little high, but I have not had a vehicle in for repairs for awhile so probably reasonable…everything is going up in price these days. The people I interacted with were very nice especially the lady at the counter. Thanks KPRO!
No integrity. I paid $1000 for 2 engines but had a change in plans and did not take delivery. Jim (the owner) refused to refund me. No labor on his part was involved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!
I had the oil changed a bit ago in my 4Runner TRD Pro. The folks in the shop were beyond friendly. They did a good job with her. My only problem was the price tag that came along with it. It was more than double what the dealership charges for a synthetic oil change ($231 vs. $110). The dealship also rotated my tires, checked the other filters, & topped off the other fluids. I didn't ask them for a price because I was desperate for an oil change, they could get me in, and I absolutely refuse to go to the express lube places.... read more
I needed my car repair expedited since my farm truck didn’t run so I had no transportation. Living out here you need transportation to get anywhere. They did a great job of rushing to get wheels under me. Now the truck is going to them because they are honest, friendly and fair priced. I’ve taken my truck to them several times and I was always pleased with their service plus they are great with difficult electrical issues
