Had an emergency windshield wiper malfunction. The people were very nice . The mechanic was able to diagnose what was wrong and fixed it in less than 5 minutes and they were nice enough to not charge me. It's hard to find businesses who will do that now a days! Thanks again K Pro Auto
This review should count twice! K-Pro has performed major service on two of our vehicles. In both cases they did a great job and communication was excellent. K-Pro shows why you should take your business to local shops!
Friendly and accurate service with fair pricing. This business knows how to take care of their clients. I am a repeat customer and will call again when my car requires service.
Definitely a rip off, the lady just quoted me $450 a tire to replace the TPMS. Which is ridiculous Les Schwab quoted me around $150 for all four.
I had the oil changed a bit ago in my 4Runner TRD Pro. The folks in the shop were beyond friendly. They did a good job with her. My only problem was the price tag that came along with it. It was more than double what the dealership charges for a synthetic oil change ($231 vs. $110). The dealship also rotated my tires, checked the other filters, & topped off the other fluids. I didn't ask them for a price because I was desperate for an oil change, they could get me in, and I absolutely refuse to go to the express lube places.... read more
