Editing- 2.5 years later we're seeing major shifting in the work that was done. I called and left a message weeks ago to see if they could come back and see what's going on and have yet to hear back. Had a fantastic experience with Kevin and his team. We had 3 other estimates to install I beams and replace a lally column in our basement/ garage, and his honesty and integrity sold us on his company. **UPDATE 8/18/25** After reaching out to the Attorney Generals Office, I finally got a response from the company and got scheduled to get the problem fixed. Let's hope this time around their repairs fix the problem!** Unfortunately, I'm left with no choice but to leave this review. I had work done on our houses foundation by Kevin. Everything went ok, and he fixed and came back when needed as we were still experiencing issues with our crawl space wall. Everything went ok, and he fixed and came back when needed as we were still experiencing issues with our crawl space wall. Communication was good all up until his son Gunnar took over the company. Now, my calls, emails, texts, and voicemails go left unanswered. I got a response back via text from Gunnar on June 5th, 2025, only to find out the foundation division was closed 2 years ago.
