KPM Flooring did a magnificent job on my new flooring. Thom was immensely helpful with project details and with the selection of the engineered hardwood from so many options, and Kathleen was incredibly gracious, supportive, and kind. The installers, Alex and Jordan, were absolute experts, and the crew was very hard working and precise, with so many really sweet guys. In particular, Federico, on the crew, was so wonderful and helpful. I am extremely grateful to all. Thank you so much for a huge job so well done.
I just can't say enough good things about KPM Flooring! Kathleen and her team are the best at understanding your needs and guiding you to quality flooring, whether it is LVT, carpeting or area rugs. She associates with the best installers to make the whole process perfect. Absolutely, without question, the best place for flooring!!
Great customer service. We live in Colorado and had to rely on Susan's and Thom's expertise and advice via email to select vinyl flooring and carpet for our townhouse on HHI. They were very accommodating and helpful and made it happen.
