My mom got her taxes done here from the daughter ex-husband he end up messed her taxes we been tryn get in contact with someone about it never get no response back I have been texting the daughter but she never answered back this don’t make no sense how they messing up folks money but they don’t want to help to fix it. And my mom never received any paperwork the really out here scam folks
I'll never file with this company again, and most definitely will never recommend their services to anyone. I never received copies of the information that was submitted to the IRS after asking several times. Waited a whole year after being audited for false information being filed and getting things cleared up only for them to have my refund deposited into their account claiming it was for filing fees and that didn't include filing state taxes which they never did after me asking several times if they were including States ... read more
I filed my 2023 return with a girl who worked for this tax service and they claimed a false deduction on my return so the IRS adjusted my return and without my knowledge had my refund sent to a green dot account without my consent and took my total tax return claiming it was for fees that they charged. This is theft do not use this tax service. I'm a hard working single mom who was counting on this money to get myself out of debt and to keep my family from ending up homeless.
