We used KPI2 for a roof replacement, new siding and to construct a new extended patio. They provided a detailed estimate which was reasonable and they stayed within the budget.. They were very responsive to any questions or changes. They answered my calls and emails. It was wintertime, and the crews were on the job everyday. The team at KPI2 was the epitome of professionalism before, during, and after our project. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade or remodel their properties, especially multifamily projects.
They are doing work for my neighbors. They brought their stuff first thing in the morning and left it in front of my garage and not their job site. I am completely trapped and can't get to work. They didn't care. If this is how they handle their business, I would never let them come anywhere near a roof or gutter. Way out of their element and obvious they don't know what they're doing. Completely selfish and unprofessional. Do not use unless you want a problem with your neighbors/HOA.
From start to finish working with KPI 2 contractors made the ordeal easy . Communication was excellent, my roof installation was completed quickly , clean up was excellent . I would highly recommend KPI2 .
