My Community hired KPI to remove our old decks and install new decks. From start to finish they were professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves.. The deck builder and dura deck crew were GREAT!!! the material and quality have been amazing and we now have 4 years old decks that look and are great quality.. Working with this company was a pleasure..

KPI2 was hired to do renovations, Spring 2026, at my condo at the Spruce Hills Condominiums in Glen Gardner NJ. I have never seen such an unprofessional and incompetent contractor in my life. There job was to renovate the exterior e.g. new sheathing in places, new siding, sliding glass door replacement, new decks, etc. They used the cheapest materials possible. All the wooden posts for holding up the decks are severely split from top to bottom. When I mean severely split, I mean at least 1/2" wide, up to 2" deep, on 3 sides ... read more

Incompetent and extremely unsafe contractor. Numerous serious OSHA violations. They have very few actual employees. Most workers are day laborers who could care less about quality. They perform the lowest quality that I have ever seen. Complete clown show operation. Reputable companies hire real experienced employees, not random people from the hardware store or train station parking lots. If you want quality work I urge you to look elsewhere.

These clowns have been working for months now at the Spruce Hills Condominiums in Glen Gardner NJ. Absolutely the worst contractor the HOA could hire. These guys are unbelievably incompetent. Neither them or their terrible day laborer sub-contractor can do anything right. KPI guys only speak polish accept for one guy. None of the day laborers speak english or polish so you can imagine the communication failures there. They did a terrible job reinstalling the sliding glass doors in my condo. We used KPI2 for a roof replacement, new siding and to construct a new extended patio. They provided a detailed estimate which was reasonable and they stayed within the budget.. They were very responsive to any questions or changes. They answered my calls and emails. It was wintertime, and the crews were on the job everyday. They arrived by sunup and stayed until it got dark. Putting in a full day to get the work completed on time. They were neat and cleaned up everyday.
