Possibly the worst workers… last night at Melbourne airport they failed to set up the signs correctly for drivers to enter the airport safely and backlogged traffic for hours on end. As drivers got confused which way they had to go down a no entry street (the cars were stopping and trying to turn around) 20m up the road there was a worker vaping in the car instead of putting up another detour sign to help the traffic. I was walking - and ended up directing traffic myself to stop the chaos. Meanwhile old mate with their KFC.

Really need to upgrade liaising with people skills for certain staff members. Had an interaction with one such employee on corner of Victoria Pde and Nicholson Street at 1:45pm, asking him that i have to go to the next building which was after his jobsite. He was very rude and told me keep walking and to buzziff😡

Had a KPI employee hit my car and fully smash off my car mirror, while in his work vehicle and then drove off. Even once I pulled him over he was so incredibly rude and denied having even hit my car. KPI clearly don't hire the kindest or smartest people :)

A KPI group employee in a KPI group company car caused a collision to my vehicle on a public road. The Operations manager Stephen was very unhelpful and showed no empathy in resolving the matter promptly. We had to put in a no fault claim with our insurance company which was approved immediately after inspecting my vehicle. Would I do business with someone who doesn't care? No thanks.
