We had a very disappointing experience with this company. They received the goods/services as agreed, but failed to pay their outstanding invoice despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly. Communication regarding payment has been poor, and commitments to address the overdue balance have not been followed through. I strongly caution carriers, vendors, and other businesses against working with Kerry Peters or KPI Northern without requiring full payment upfront. Kerry claimed that invoices were owed to him and used those alleged amounts as a reason for withholding payment of his freight bill. However, it took months and repeated follow-up for him to provide the invoice in question. Extremely disappointing experience. In my dealings with this individual, I found them difficult to work with, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility for their obligations. Communication was poor, concerns were dismissed, and interactions often felt one-sided and self-centered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with them.
