I contacted Paul in an emergency when the water tank in the loft burst. Although he was busy he attended quickly and diagnosed the fault. He was extremely helpful and considerate even though he was not able to remedy the fault immediately. Now that the insurance assessor has visited and arranged payment for the remedial work I will most certainbly offer Paul the plumbing part of the necessary work.
