A van with KPG plumbing at 4 PM on December 1st sped through a residential neighborhood in Langhorne PA. The van passed one car in a no passing zone. The van then proceeded to cut off a car at a narrow bridge. If this is how they race through a neighborhood, imagine how they would race through a project just to get done faster.
The morning of the appointment, the owner messaged me saying that due to a schedule issue, he would be sending someone else instead of coming himself. I had previously verified on the NJ DCA website that the owner has a Master Plumber license. I asked him whether the other guy has a plumbing license and the license number so i could check it, because I prefer a licensed professional to perform the work.
