Ordered a s/s thimble for a wich rope eye splice. $17.99 for the item plus $9.34 postage. Incorrect part was sent that did not match my order. Did the right thing and contacted via Carbon Offroad website. Received an auto generated email that they would follow-up. Waited a few days, nothing happened. Phoned and the response was that they were having some staffing challenges but would get back to me. Several days still no response. Not a good look for a simple task.
