KPCC is the best experience from the first phone call. When I called to schedule an appointment in December, I was asked what was happening. After the information was discussed with all the therapists, I was matched with the person that was most qualified to help me. Then, Jerica called me to get information and set up our first meeting. KPCC is a wonderful resource for counseling and therapy. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. My experience with Kim has been life changing!
I cannot say enough good things about KPCC and especially Jerica. I've seen a few counselors/therapists here at various times, and have never met a group of people who care like they do, who are COMPETENT and encouraging and challenging when they need to be. When life gets crazy, I know if I need to see someone that I can call kpcc and someone there will help!
