Chris and his team were exactly what we have been looking for to maintenance our rugs and carpets! They do an excellent job. They answered all our questions, accommodated our timelines, and spent hours helping us get rug pads and rugs back in place in a 3 story home. We look forward to continuing services with them in the future!
One more cliché five star review. Pet oder from previous owner was part of the reason, even after using a RugDoctor myself. Chris is very professional and nice. He used a black light for pet "stains". Whatever chemical system left everything smelling great. Beyond that, carpet went from dirty brown to the closest it will ever be to original.
