Great company and great windows !!! Loved the servic I got
What warranty? 3 1/2 months after my original install and they have sent 2 replacement windows that are worse than the original ones. I have been building houses for 50 years and this is the first time I have dealt with a window company that can't build a window with square corners, unbelievable!!! Their own warranty people came and looked at them, " we can't fix this, you need new window" The jamb extensions are crooked, it is impossible to trim the windows and make them look right. 8 largest windows are incorrectly built! ... read more

Many Parts missing in all deliveries!!!
Joke of a company. Lifetime warranty means once you buy them its your problem its yours. Use pollard they stand behind their product. I hope Home Depot finds a new company to use for their windows. I would never recommend this company run as fast as you can.
