This place not only would not honor appointments given, but would blame you for being punctual to an appointment. Instead of assuming their mistake they would treat you as an imbecil who made up an appointment including the confirmation texts received in the same txt thread that they are denying giving you such appointment. Amazing. On top of everything, you’ll have to pay $7 to enter the parking where the place is located.

Made an appointment with them a few days ago at the Stafford St location. Completely ghosted, did not pick up the phone when I called them before the appointment, did not show up. Had to pay to enter the parking garage but got no service. Has been a few days since this happened and no follow up either.
