Clean car. Friendly service. They buffed a scratch which was a service I hadn't expected but certainly appreciated. Only problem I had was paying the parking garage. The detail shop reimburses parking but I had trouble paying because there was no cell service. In the future, I would log in to the payment platform after I dropped the car off, when I had cell phone service outside the garage.
I just love this place! They hand wash my car and are great to work with!
I ordered a wash, shine, buff, and when I got there after they were supposed to do the job, absolutely nothing was done to the exterior of the car. I had to go back again for them to finish the job. Was offered no discount or refund. Beware, because there is a possibility they will waste your time and/or money. They also refuse to answer their phone.
