This place not only would not honor appointments given, but would blame you for being punctual to an appointment. Instrad of assuming their mistake they would treat you as an imbecil who made up an appointment including the confirmation texts received in the same txt thread that they are denuing giving you the appointment. Amazing. On top of everything, you’ll have to pay $7 to enter the parking where the place is located.
Made an appointment with them a few days ago at the Stafford St location. Completely ghosted, did not pick up the phone when I called them before the appointment, did not show up. Had to pay to enter the parking garage but got no service. Has been a few days since this happened and no follow up either.
I can’t say enough to Steve for being very patient with me once I dropped my car. He also helped me get a free parking as well. I paid about 200 dollars for a full detail package which was very fair. I can’t recommend them enough.
I was greeted by Stevie today he was very understanding and have all his Time explaining to me all the packages they provide. It too them less than 2 hours to do the full détail what a job’ shout out to Stevie and his team for this thank you
It is very rare when you will find a hand wash detailers withing the DMV area that are committed and deliver quality. The service provided speaks volume. The receptionist have also offered me a free parking pass. And that was nice of him.
