Very attentive and patient staff
I was greeted by Tiffany who was so very helpful 2 days in a row. I am new to the Kaiser system and didn’t know how to check in at the kiosk. Tiffany was so polite and professional. She helped me and 6 other people. We all left so thankful. She was very patient and kind and look forward to seeing her every visit. Thanks again Tiffany.
Miss Tiffany Sims gives the utmost customer service to all patients entering the building. I watch as she communicate with people and help people, especially myself and my husband. She should be compensated because she is a star customer service rep for Kaiser.
