Had a great experience first time bringing my toddler here. The entire staff was professional and the building was clean great atmosphere.
I have Ben with Kaiser Permanente for almost 7 years now. I have always come to this location. The pharmacy at this place is getting worse and worse. I waited over 25 minutes receive 3 item to what felt like hours. It was like 6 staff working and they could have not move any slower.and then I finally received my stuff then got home and found out they didn’t give everything that was on my list from the doctor. A complete joke. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.
Midwife Hilty and nurse Sheila were very nice and informative, I had an ultrasound completed & the ultrasound went smooth.
