An excellent find for those of us in Sebring. I brought in my father's 1981 Omega Seamaster De Ville for a hesalite crystal replacement. This is the watch I always saw my father wearing growing up, so having it done properly and to the correct vintage specs was important to me. It's not an expensive watch, but it's irreplaceable. Please read this before buying anything at this place!!! My husband purchased a gold ankle bracelet for me from this store only a few days ago. I wore it for the first time on Friday, and it broke unexpectedly. It never got caught on anything, and I was surprised to find it broken on the floor. I returned to the store because the bracelet was practically brand new and I believed it might be defective. I’ve brought several items to KP Jewelers for repairs, resizing, cleaning, and watch batteries, and every experience has been great. The owners are friendly, professional, and everything is always done on time. Highly recommend for reliable service.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not come here!! I came here wanting to sell a watch and some gold. The owners were so rude as I was trying to explain how much gold we had they kept cutting me off and throwing stuff on the table in front of us. When we were trying to negotiate he threw our items on the table at us for us to leave!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
Harassed us to get out I couldn’t even get to see the gold and he broke someone’s watch
