We recently used KP drains to have several drains cleaned out, including our main sewer line at our home in Andover. I was very pleased with the quality of the service and customer care. Had to come out twice to clear the same clog and charged me full price both times. When I told them that the line was still clogged, I was met with doubt and pushback. Bottom line - KP Drains didn’t adequately check the lines were clear the first time, which resulted in significant water damage to my basement. While they state there is a 90 day guarantee on their work, they did not stand by their work or honor this warranty for me (presumably because the clog had moved down the pipe a few feet). Fast, efficient, reasonably priced and top notch customer service. I will call them 100% for snaking a drain
