Poor customer service. It's been two months and still waiting for my deposit back. If you do book with this company make sure you sign the contract. The billing statements are confusing. She refused to answer my questions. She hung up on me and then blocked my number. Never gave me receipts she claimed that it was my responsibility to ask for them. My name wasn't even connected to the cruise liner since it was spelled wrong.
