We really appreciated that they were available later in the evening. The whole air duct cleaning visit was easy from start to finish. I liked getting a reminder after the appointment was scheduled and another notice when the technician was on the way. They were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. I’m very happy with K.p. Carpet Cleaning after our dryer vent and air duct service was finished. Everything went smoothly, and now I feel much better knowing the vent and ductwork are clean, with better airflow and less risk from lint buildup that could have become a fire hazard. I reached out to schedule the appointment, and the whole process was easy from the office staff to Roger who came out. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and provided excellent service.

k.p. carpet cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent and improving the airflow in my home. the office staff were friendly, informed, and very helpful when answering my questions about vent cleaning, lint buildup, and maintenance. roger was professional and took time to explain the process clearly. he even replaced my flimsy dryer hose with a stronger, safer one at no extra charge, which i really appreciated. i was very happy with the quality of the service and how smoothly everything went from scheduling to compl... read more
