I've been intimidated to take this class, let alone most pilates classes, for some time now because of my unfamiliarity with the equipment. However, Ari was so sweet and welcoming right from the beginning. She knew I was new so she gave me a thorough review of how to use the equipment before class started. I love coming to KP! I usually go to the early class. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and attentive, guiding us through each exercise with clear instructions.
