My review is solely based on the poor customer service I received. I reached out to inquire about hair braiding services and, after being given the prices, I mentioned that I was waiting to see if my usual braider was available and was also considering a backup since their prices were slightly better. Just got my hair done here yesterday great service and fast. Highly Recommend this salon and I will be coming back
Sep. 20th was my first visit at the salon. I went for kinky twist. The service was fast and the staff are friendly. I love my twists! They were installed as I requested. I referred a friend and she was able to get in the same day. I will gladly to KP African Hair Braiding and I highly recommend them.
I went and got my braids done there a couple of weeks ago on the 17th. On the day of my appointment the braider that I gotten had a bad attitude. As I was trying to express what I wanted my hair to look like she kind of cut me off and I ended up getting something I really didn’t want. Throughout the appointment she was smacking her lips and she was aggressive when she was moving my head. She said that she said somewhere to be.
