Very poor service.Technicians are unskilled and can do only very basic repairs .They should not take on complex repairs requiring true expertise .If you love your bike and know all of its nuances and want it to run smooth like butter .Please , avoid the River north location at all cost. The technicians and manager Jon are unqualified to successfully repair .complex issues requiring true knowledge and real expertise . They charge for services that they are unable to deliver.
