Fred and his team went above and beyond to explain all parts of the process, helping guide my husband and I to make decisions to support our own family. We are grateful that we found our forever home through Kozyra Construction, but if we had to go through the process again, 1000% we would use Fred.
These guys are phenomenal!! They truly have their customers best interest at heart. Can not recommend them enough!! They will be there for all your questions and concerns. Fred Sr, Fred jr and Mike are great! Plus they have a great crew!
They worked on our modular home this year. Hard working family that cares about the work they do! They never rushed through their work on our house. They always did what they said they would do. I would definitely hire them again for another job!

Personally, I am very disappointed in this builder - traveled to his place, we met, discussed our project, showed us his projects - spent a fair amount of time, he promised to get back to us with an estimate - but never heard from him thereafter - what a waste of time! he is an older builder, assumed he would be "old school", more respectful and considerate to people and keep his word - but no such thing!
