Experiences which occurred in 2023: A daughter of mine went there once for a haircut and walked out crying after the blonde haired owner did what the owner wanted to instead of what the customer, my daughter wanted, by cutting it way too short. Another time someone I know went in to have her hair dyed & walked out sad & angered because the owner did what she felt like doing instead of what the customer wanted.
