Steve is a straight shooter as his initial quote for the work being performed in my attic was accurate and didn’t vary. He’s a hard worker and performs as requested; I even asked him to do a few additional small areas and he said “no problem” and did a great job. I was having issues with the pex plumbing freezing in the attic area, and the added blown insulation made a significant improvement over this latest 20 sub-degree cold spell.
6/4/23 Called Steve with some questions about adding some additional insulation to existing attic insulation on a Sunday afternoon. He lives in the general area of my house (About 8 miles) and was at my house in 30 minutes to evaluate my needs. Steve pointed out an AC duct needed to be wrapped because I was losing some cool air, and an area where some insulation was moved for AC install but that we had enough insulation for the attic in place.
