I didn’t have a good experience with my haircut yesterday. While the wash and blow-dry were done well, the actual haircut was disappointing. I asked for layers, but they weren’t neat or well-defined, and too much length was cut off. It’s reached a point where I can’t even go elsewhere to have it fixed. Very disappointed . So ashamed to even go to work with this hair.
