Very pleased with Mr. Kozma. Should of hired him in the beginning of the custody-parenting time battle. Once I hired Mr. Kozma he was quick and to the point. KEEPING MY DAUGHTER SAFE!!! Yes the hourly rate was a little high but like I said well worth the cost. Ihad been fight on my own for 8 months on end, hired Mr. Kozma and only went to court once with the evidence he provided. This man is a crook. This little man talks a big game but when game time rolls around he falls flat on his face. My girlfriend caught an assault charge first time she has ever been in trouble and failed to get it dropped to any lesser charge. On top of that he did absolutely nothing to defend her in court. Let the prosecutor say all kind of lies and assumptions in front of the judge making her look like some drunk who always gets into fights when in reality she maybe drinks 10 times a year maybe. Mr. Kozma is NOT the attorney you are looking for, $1500 + up front, and when it runs out at the rate of $300 an hour, he will want $1500 more up front, no payments taken. Mr. Kozma does not have time in his busy schedule in White Cloud Michigan to keep track of clients payments. Mr. Kozma has obviously has never heard of Quick Books, or a secretary to keep his affairs in order. And once you can not afford his time he will drop you like a bad habit.
