Jake is excellent. He has painted our whole house exterior; and interior he has painted several rooms, trim, windows, wood railings. He is very conscientious - does a great job. He addresses all of the aspects of each job or item he is painting and provides high quality work. Neat and clean as well. I highly recommend him.
Five years ago, we contracted Jake’s company to do interior painting in our newly purchased home before we moved in. We were so pleased with the work that this year, when our house was the victim of huge tree falling on it, we contacted Jake to do the insurance-related repairs as well as a wide range of painting and repairs (indoor, outdoor, iron railings, etc.) we’d pay for ourselves. I have only good things to say about Jake and his team. Last year (2025) Jake painted the exterior trim of my brick home in Squirrel Hill. It was a challenging experience for both of us, because Jake continued to find significant leak issues on several of the flat roof extensions on my house. He brought these to my attention and pointed out the pointlessness of painting these areas before the leaks were demonstrably repaired. I have contracted with Jake a number of times since 2021. I have been immensely satisfied and impressed with his work. We live in a 1920s Arts and Craft and he possesses the skills to perfect the worn areas, intricate trim included! He is up to date on new and helpful products. Jake and his team are considerate and tidy, always going beyond to satisfy. They are a pleasure to work with.
We recently had the exterior wood siding of our home painted by Jake and his team, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Jake was incredibly communicative, keeping us informed every step of the way.
