I have been a patient of Dr. Kozlowki's for many years. Everyone in the office does an excellent job making you feel welcome and relaxed. Denise the receptionist is great at what she does. Linda, my hygienist takes the time to explain every step of the exam. The doctor is very skilled and down to earth.
Very nice guy, professional staff and made sure I was comfortable. Clean facility. They have always been on time. I did not have to waiting forever in lobby for an appointment that I was on time for.
