27 years ago, on Labor day wknd, Dr. Greg saved me from losing my rt. Eye. Never did have the opportunity to thank him for going above and beyond the call. I now face the same concerns again, but just wanted to let him know all went well till recently. Looks as if the implant is causing issues and must be removed or replaced. Will know more soon. Everything about this physician & his office staff is excellent. The only negative thing is the wait time between tests & seeing the dr. But it's a process & I understand why there's an extended wait time. I just wish I could figure out a way to make it shorter! ;-)
On October 31th, 2018 I had a problem with my eye which turned out to be a detached retina. I walked in without an appointment. They were very busy and I was afraid they would not be able to see me that day. But they were able to get me in, examine me and fix my problem in a very timely manner. Everybody at that office were excellent! And Dr. Kozielec has the best demeanor. I can honestly say that I have never had a better customer experience in my life and I am almost 60 years old.
Compassionate, knowledgeable, and makes you feel like you are the only patient in the world.
Top-notch retinal ophthalmologist in my experience. Busy office, which is to be expected when the services provided are so important to his patients.
I rather see a doctor than a businessman. Stopped by to see Dr.Kozeliec as he had seen one of may family members. However, I walked out as this facility would not see a patient without all extra personal information that are not required like SSN and DL especially as I was paying upfront. The facility also could not provide proper reason for such information other than that it is an office policy.
